Rep. Hines says he will do everything he can to get the bill scheduled for a vote in the Assembly.
Rep. Hines is now reading the names of people who registered but did not speak. He must have read at least 50 names so far and not a single in opposition. The names continue...

Sorry Winnebago County wasn't able to "represent" at the hearing however we had over 10 written testimonies submitted directly to the committee members. I've received several confirmations in support. I want to personaly thanking all of the advocates who continue to stick with us in this fight. We shall overcome!
