The Village of Weston unanimously passed a comprehensive smoke-free ordinance, including restaurants and bars, last night! Smoke-free air supporters turned out in full force to the village board meeting to testify in support of Weston going smoke-free. The ordinance has an implementation date of January 1, 2010. Weston marks the eleventh Wisconsin community to pass a strong smoke-free ordinance, including bars and restaurants, and is the seventh to do so since the end of the last legislative session.
