Hard to believe that someone would actually say that in this day and age.
Can SmokeFree please comment on the latest "Smoking Ban Dead in the Senate" stories and the reports that it is being introduced in the Assembly?

I too find it amazing that someone would say this today. You hear people say that it is an infringement of their rights not to be able to smoke in public but what about my rights not to breath their smoke. I hate the argument if we don't like it, go somewhere else-- why don't they.
