More on Resolutions

The Center for Disease Control (CDC) has a cool feature on their website called e-cards. Certainly most people have received some sort of card electronically whether it be a birthday card or a get well card. The CDC offers something a bit unique. All 100% free greeting cards which carry a variety of health messages. For example they offer e-cards for people are trying to quit smoking or injury prevention or even seasonal and holiday cards.
These are a cool way to spread the good public health message that everyday is a good day to quit using tobacco.

If you know someone who is trying to quit smoking or trying to improve their health decisions in the new year consider sending them a personalized e-card from the CDC.

Those cards are ridiculous. If anyone sent ANY of those smoking cards to a smoker, I think they'd get an earful in return.

I just can't believe that our tax dollars are paying for e-cards that encourage people to be busybodies and tell others how to live their lives.

I know you won't post this comment, but I wanted you to hear it, anyway.
